Our three-person, in-house team of compliance and regulatory professionals, combining over 50 years of industry experience, operating under the guidance and scrutiny of senior ex-EPA consultants, ensures that NK Labs robustly implements the stringent and often confusing universe of RCRA and OSHA rules and regulations, while our rigorous, proprietary processes for the management and reclamation of solvents and chemicals empowers us to operate a complex manufacturing facility across many different processes in an efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious way that produces little to no hazardous waste.

NK Labs has additionally developed exemplary environmental and safety programs, whose initiatives prioritize the protection of personnel and the community through proactive training and education, making us the industry leader in safety and environmental stewardship.

The Company has developed comprehensive internal training programs for both employees and management, covering critical areas such as hazard communications, safety data sheets, hazardous waste operations, personal protective equipment, and many more. Our structured approach ensures that all staff are well-informed and well-equipped to adhere to the highest level of safety protocols.

NK Labs has successfully passed multiple, unannounced inspections and audits from various regulatory agencies, while our consulting team of ex-EPA professionals routinely and proactively conducts deep, comprehensive inspections and audits into all aspects of our compliance, regulatory, and environmental processes and protocols, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to maintaining high standards of- safety and environmental compliance.
